At RiverLife, we believe everyone has a part to play in the active life of the church family in two ways.
1.)SERVE: Just as in every family, there are ways to serve that may not seem glamorous or spiritual, yet are essential to the function of the church family. (Does anyone really “feel called” to take out the trash, change diapers or wash dishes?) :). We have opportunities to serve in media ministry, ushering, greeting, online social media ministry, etc.
2.)MINISTER: In addition, the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12) teach us that we all have spiritual gifts that are meant to minister to one another in the church (E.g. prophecy, administration, healing gifts, teaching, etc). We have prayer teams, healing teams, worship teams, children’s ministry teams, campus ministry, etc.
