Our Goals
RiverKids' goal is to bless our children with the truth and love of God and His Word, with great patience and careful instruction. We want to help them find their purpose and fulfillment in His love, that they may grow up to be arrows in the hand of the Lord, fully prepared to bless others.
Babies 0 - 2 year olds
Toddlers. 3 - 5 year olds
Elementary 6 - 10 year olds
NOTE: We LOVE having children of all ages sing and worship Jesus with the entire church! Therefore, children will be dismissed from the stage as we transition our service from music to the message. Our volunteers will be waiting to check your child's tag as parents escort their children from the sanctuary to the hallway classrooms.
PLEASE complete the KidCheck Process listed below BEFORE the service begins at 10 am.
We have a thorough background check and volunteer training process through Ministry Safe. EVERY volunteer that works and ministers to your child has gone through our screening and training process.

Our Safety
At RiverLife Fellowship, nothing is more important to us than the safety and security of your children. That’s why we’ve chosen KidCheck as our children’s check-in solution to bring you the best check-in experience and to allow us to partner with you to keep your children safe.
We will go live with KidCheck on April 26, 2026. It is important you create your account prior to this date.
Our KidCheck System
If you haven’t already created your free account, please do so by going to go.kidcheck.com and selecting “Create Your KidCheck Account”. (If you’ve never used this service, be sure to click the “I have never used KidCheck before” button.) Or download the KidCheck Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play Store to create, manage, and update your account right on your mobile device. Our KidCheck organization is called RiverLife Fellowship Chapel Hill. You can watch an account setup video at Setup via web browser or Setup on Mobile App.
Create your account from the comfort of home; it’s simple and will only take a few minutes. Creating your account prior to the above date helps us have a smooth transition and helps your first check-in go more quickly so you can get on your way.
Once you’ve created your account, simply use your 10-digit phone number to check-in with us.
Our KidCheck Process
Additionally, we’re excited to share we will be using KidCheck Express Check-In, which allows you to check-in right from your own phone – no waiting in line at the check-in station! For your first time, you will need to sign in at the check-in station with your 10-digit phone number. Then after that you can use Express Check-In, using these few simple steps:
1. Download the KidCheck App (as noted above)
2. Start check-in on your phone – from home, the car, the parking lot…
3. Complete check-in upon arriving at RiverLife by tapping the green submit button on your phone
4. Pick up your printed name tag(s) and guardian receipt labels
